Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has recently been discussing the partnership forming between Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes.
Norwich vs Man United
Man United’s next clash takes place on Saturday afternoon vs Norwich City.
Shortly before football around Europe was brought to a halt, United put Derby County to the sword by three goals to nil in an FA Cup last-16 tie.
As a result, they are now vying for a place in the competition’s semi-finals vs Norwich.
The Canaries did see off Tottenham in the last round, however, despite said achievement, United are unlikely to be too fazed by their upcoming opponents.
Norwich have had a dismal 2019/20 league campaign and are most certainly set for a swift return to England’s second tier.
The Red Devils, on the other hand, are currently in a fine vein of form which has seen them go undefeated in their previous 13 outings across all competitions.

Solskjaer on Pogba & Fernandes link-up
One of the key men behind United’s recent run is most certainly Bruno Fernandes.
Since making to switch to Manchester in January, the Portuguese standout has galvanized United’s attack with his wide range of passing, quick feet and eye for goal.
And since United returned to action earlier this month, Fernandes has also seemingly begun to form a promising partnership with another of Man United’s midfield generals, Paul Pogba.
The Frenchman has had somewhat of an up and down second stint on United’s books, but since returning to action after his most recent injury, the World Cup winner has looked unplayable at times – with his display vs Sheffield United earlier this week a particular highlight.
Now, as mentioned above, OGS was, during his pre-Norwich press conference, drawn on the on-field relationship between Pogba and Fernandes.
And after assuring that the pair can play well together, the Norwegian tactician went on to voice the opinion that such a partnership is ‘exciting’:
“I’m certain they can play well together, yes.
“They’ve both played well in training and in the games they play together it’s exciting. There will be rotations and there will be times that Paul will play up with Bruno, sometimes it’s deeper, sometimes we will play with a diamond. It’s encouraging to see them together.
“It’s also encouraging to see how Nemanja [Matic], Scott [McTominay] and Fred are making it difficult for me to keep them out.
“It’s a good position to be in as a coach and you want to give Paul a chance to get 100 per cent fit with practice and rest. He’s been out for so long and I think it says everything about the boy with the quality of his performances.”
